Our store is hosted on Shopify, which supplies the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer the Services.

An order is not considered accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process payment before acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting. After acceptance, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
If we reject, adjust, or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided (email, billing address, and/or phone number).
All purchases are eligible for return or refund only according to our Return & Refund Policy.
You confirm that purchases are for personal or household use, not for resale, commercial distribution, or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, discounts, and offers can change at any time without notice. The amount charged will be the price shown at the time you place your order and will be reflected in your order confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs fees, or import charges.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.
Once we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

“Liquid-interiors” names, logos, and related marks are trademarks of Liquid-interiors or its licensors. Shopify’s name and marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other trademarks shown on the Services belong to their respective owners.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
The Services may include access to third-party tools. We do not control, monitor, or manage those tools.
You understand that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements from us. We are not liable for issues arising from your use of any third-party tools.
Use of optional tools is at your own discretion and risk, and you are responsible for reviewing the third party’s terms.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform enabling the Services. However, purchases you make are transactions directly between you and Liquid-interiors, not Shopify.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Liquid-interiors, including any injury, damage, or loss connected to purchased items.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims and liabilities arising out of or relating to your transactions with Liquid-interiors.
SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process personal information to provide and improve the platform, and certain data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
By using the Services, you confirm you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and acknowledge that Shopify’s processing may also apply.

If you submit suggestions, ideas, reviews, proposals, or other materials (“Feedback”), you grant Liquid-interiors a perpetual, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial purposes.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or have the rights necessary to submit the Feedback;
- you have disclosed any compensation or incentives related to the Feedback (if applicable); and
- your Feedback complies with these Terms and applicable law.
We are not required to keep Feedback confidential, pay compensation for it, or respond to it. We may remove or edit Feedback at our discretion if it is unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringes rights, or otherwise violates these Terms.
Feedback must not violate third-party rights (including IP, privacy, or publicity), contain malware, or impersonate others. You are responsible for what you post and its accuracy.

From time to time, the Services may contain typographical errors or inaccurate/omitted information (including product details, pricing, promotions, shipping fees, transit times, and availability).

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver/Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, and Privacy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liquid-interiors, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, and Shopify (and Shopify’s affiliates) will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, data loss, replacement costs, or similar damages arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through the Services.
This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Liquid-interiors, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

- your violation of any law or third-party rights; or
- your access to or use of the Services.
We will notify you of any covered claim when reasonable, and we may manage the defense and settlement at your expense. You agree to cooperate as needed.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 19 — WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If we do not enforce a right or provision, that does not mean we waive it.
These Terms and any policies posted on the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and Liquid-interiors regarding your use of the Services and replace any prior agreements or communications.
Any ambiguity will not be interpreted against the party that drafted the Terms.

These Terms and any separate agreements for Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Kong for disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services.
