Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
We start handling orders soon after they’re submitted, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. If you need help, contact support@liquid-interiorsofficial.com right away and include your order number.
I didn’t get an order confirmation email—what now?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still missing, email support@liquid-interiorsofficial.com and we’ll verify your order status.
Is an account required to purchase?
No—checkout is available as a guest. Creating an account can make it easier to review past orders, save shipping details, and follow deliveries.
Which payment options are available?
We accept major credit/debit cards and any additional methods shown at checkout. Options can vary by country/region.
Do you provide promo or discount codes?
Promotions may be offered occasionally. Please note:
- Typically one code per order unless stated otherwise
- Codes generally cannot be applied after an order has been placed
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Shipping time depends on your destination and the delivery option selected at checkout.
How do I track my shipment?
After your order ships, we’ll send a dispatch email with tracking details (when available). Tracking pages may take 24–48 hours to begin showing updates.
Do you ship outside my country?
Yes, Liquid-interiors ships to many destinations worldwide. If you can’t select your location at checkout, email support@liquid-interiorsofficial.com and we’ll assist if possible.
Are customs duties or import taxes included?
For international deliveries, local authorities may apply duties, VAT/GST, or handling fees. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
My package seems late—what should I do?
Delays can happen due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, or customs clearance. Send us your order number at support@liquid-interiorsofficial.com, and we’ll help check the latest tracking information.
Tracking shows “delivered,” but I can’t find the parcel
Please look around the delivery area and check with household members, neighbors, reception/front desk, or building management. If it’s still missing, contact the carrier first. You can also email us—while we can’t control the carrier, we’ll support you where we can.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return window?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Full rules and exclusions are listed in our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I return items that were opened or used?
Usually not. For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of opened or used items.
What if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not what I ordered?
Contact support@liquid-interiorsofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging (including any damage)
We’ll review and work with you on the next steps as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
After we receive and approve the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time varies by provider—please allow about 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.

Are your products safe for everyday home use?
